Arista Palace 1 Officetel move-out cleaning in Shinjang-dong was completed for a customer who needed the unit cleaned before the final move-out check. Since this officetel is located near Osan Air Base, the space was compact, but the kitchen, bathroom, entrance, and built-in areas needed a careful detailed clean to make the unit ready for handover. The unit was not in extremely bad condition, but there were normal signs of daily living, such as light dust, fingerprints, water spots, and residue around the areas used most often. After the customer’s belongings were removed, these small details became more visible, so we focused on cleaning the unit evenly from the entrance to the main room. In the kitchen, we cleaned the sink, faucet, countertop, cabinet doors, cooktop area, and grease-prone surfaces. The bathroom was refreshed by cleaning the mirror, sink, fixtures, shower area, drain, and visible water scale around the floor and faucet area. We also wiped down the shoe cabinet, closet surfaces, door frames, window tracks, floor edges, and corners where dust usually remains after moving out. After vacuuming and wet mopping, the room looked much brighter and more organized overall. This was a practical move-out cleaning focused on small details rather than heavy restoration, and the officetel was left in clean condition for the final inspection and next tenant.
