Choice & Joy completed move-out cleaning at Hwashin Noblesse 5 in Sinjang-dong, Songtan, Pyeongtaek, on October 13, 2026. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom rental near Osan Air Base was cleaned with its furniture and appliances still in place. The kitchen and laundry area received particular attention. The kitchen included a two-zone cooktop and a separate single-zone unit. We cleaned both cooking surfaces and the range hood, along with the refrigerator and freezer interiors. The oven, microwave and dishwasher were also cleaned inside, including the oven trays, inner door surfaces and the lower edge of the dishwasher door. In the laundry area, we checked and wiped inside the folds of the washing machine’s rubber door seal, then cleaned the surrounding floor and threshold. Bathroom work covered the bathtub, shower glass, sink, fixtures and floor. We also cleaned switch plates, baseboards, the entryway and accessible floor edges around the remaining furniture.
