Arista Palace 1 Officetel move-out cleaning in Shinjang-dong was completed for a customer preparing the unit before moving out. Since this officetel is located near the Osan Air Base area, the unit had a compact layout, but the kitchen, bathroom, entrance, and built-in storage areas needed detailed finishing before the final handover. The overall condition was not severely dirty, but there were typical signs of daily use, including light dust, fingerprints, water marks, and small residue around frequently used spaces. We focused on making the unit look clean and presentable rather than doing heavy restoration work. In the kitchen, we cleaned the sink, faucet, countertop, cabinet doors, cooktop area, and surrounding surfaces where light grease and food residue can remain. The bathroom was refreshed by cleaning the mirror, fixtures, sink area, drain, shower space, and visible water scale around the floor and faucet area. We also wiped down the entrance shoe cabinet, closet surfaces, door frames, window tracks, baseboards, and floor edges. These small details are easy to miss during move-out, but they make a clear difference when the unit is checked by the landlord or property manager. After final vacuuming and wet mopping, the officetel looked brighter, cleaner, and ready for the next resident. This was a practical move-out finishing clean that helped the customer prepare for the final inspection more comfortably.
