Arista Palace 2 Officetel move-out cleaning in Shinjang-dong was completed for a customer preparing the unit for final handover. Since this officetel is located close to the Osan Air Base area, the space was compact, but there were several detailed areas that needed to be checked carefully before the next tenant moved in. The overall condition was fairly normal, with no major damage, but there were signs of daily use around the kitchen, bathroom, entrance, built-in storage, and floor edges. We focused on removing light dust, fingerprints, water marks, and small residue that can remain after the tenant has moved most of their belongings out. In the kitchen, we cleaned the sink, faucet, countertop, cabinet doors, cooktop area, and visible grease-prone surfaces. The bathroom was also refreshed with attention to the mirror, fixtures, drain area, shower section, and water scale around the sink and floor. We also wiped down the entrance shoe cabinet, window tracks, door frames, closet surfaces, and other small details that are often checked during a move-out inspection. After final vacuuming and wet mopping, the unit looked cleaner, brighter, and more organized. This cleaning was mainly a detailed finishing clean rather than a heavy restoration job, and the officetel was left in a neat condition for the move-out check and the next resident.
