Cloud Nine Boston Building move-out cleaning in Shinjang-dong was completed for a customer preparing the unit for handover after moving out. Since this property is located near the Osan Air Base area, the unit had the typical layout of a compact residence, so we focused on making each visible area look clean, fresh, and ready for the next resident. The overall condition was not severe, but there were normal signs of daily living around the kitchen, bathroom, entrance area, floor edges, and built-in storage. After the customer’s belongings were removed, light dust, fingerprints, water marks, and small residue became more noticeable, so we worked through those details carefully. In the kitchen, we cleaned the sink, faucet, countertop, cabinet doors, cooking area, and grease-prone surfaces. The bathroom was refreshed by cleaning the mirror, fixtures, shower area, drain, sink area, and water scale around frequently used spots. We also wiped down the window tracks, door frames, closet surfaces, entrance shoe cabinet, baseboards, and corners where dust usually remains during move-out cleaning. After final vacuuming and wet mopping, the unit looked brighter, neater, and more comfortable overall. This job was mainly a detailed finishing clean rather than a heavy restoration, and the unit was left in a clean condition for the final inspection and next move-in.
