Project Details
Choice & Joy completed move-in cleaning at Godeok International New Town Jeil Punggyeongchae in Pyeongtaek. With beds, a sofa, and a desk remaining in the apartment, we worked around the existing furnishings while preparing the home for the next residents. Appliance Interior Cleaning The kitchen work included the refrigerator and freezer interiors, covering the shelves, drawers, and door compartments. We also cleaned the built-in combination oven’s interior and inner door, along with the gas cooktop, range-hood filters, countertops, sink, and faucet. This allowed us to clean not only the visible kitchen surfaces but also the appliance interiors that would be used immediately after move-in. Two Different Bathroom Layouts The apartment had two bathrooms with different layouts: one with a bathtub and the other with a separate shower enclosure. We cleaned the bathtub, shower glass and frame, washbasins, faucets, toilets, mirrors, and tiled surfaces, working through each bathroom according to its individual structure. Dressing Room and Storage Areas The dressing area included open shelving, hanging-rail supports, a vanity, and mirrored storage. These surfaces were cleaned along with the surrounding floor area. We also continued through the hallway, entrance, laundry area, balcony, and small storage space so that the move-in cleaning covered the supporting areas of the home as well as the main living spaces. Final Move-In Preparation Accessible floors around the remaining furniture were cleaned throughout the apartment, including the bedrooms and living area. The goal of this project was to leave the home ready for the next occupants, with attention given to appliance interiors, bathrooms, storage spaces, and everyday living areas rather than focusing only on the most visible surfaces.
