Hillstate The First apartment move-out cleaning in Seojeong-dong was completed for a customer preparing the unit before the final handover. Since this apartment is located close to the Osan Air Base area, the cleaning was focused on making the home look properly reset and ready for the next resident. The overall condition was manageable, but after the belongings were removed, light dust, water marks, fingerprints, and daily-use residue were visible around the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area, window frames, and floor edges. We focused on the small details that are often noticed during a move-out inspection. In the kitchen, we cleaned the sink, faucet, countertop, cabinet surfaces, cooktop area, and grease-prone sections. The bathrooms were refreshed by cleaning the mirrors, fixtures, drains, shower areas, sink edges, and visible water scale around frequently used spots. We also wiped down the entrance shoe cabinet, built-in storage, door frames, window tracks, balcony/laundry space, baseboards, and corners where dust tends to remain after moving out. After detailed vacuuming and wet mopping, the apartment looked brighter, cleaner, and more organized throughout. This was a detailed move-out finishing clean rather than a heavy restoration job, and the home was left in clean condition for the final inspection and next move-in.
