This move-out cleaning at Hwashin Noblesse 6 was completed with a strong focus on the appliances and utility areas that require extra attention before a property is handed over. The unit included multiple bedrooms, a spacious living area, a full kitchen, laundry space, and furnished areas, so each section was cleaned individually before the final floor work was completed. In the kitchen, we cleaned the sink and faucet, countertop, induction cooktop, range hood and filters, refrigerator interior, microwave, and built-in oven. The refrigerator shelves and door compartments were wiped throughout, while the cooking appliances and surrounding surfaces were cleaned to remove the residue and marks that commonly remain after everyday use. The laundry and utility areas were also included in the cleaning. We worked around the washing machine, dryer, accessible dryer filter area, boiler space, floors, drains, and surrounding surfaces. These smaller service areas can easily collect lint, dust, and debris, so they were checked separately rather than being treated as part of the general floor cleaning. The bathrooms were finished around the bathtub, shower fixtures, sink, toilet, glass surfaces, tile, and floor areas. We then completed the bedrooms, hallway, living room, window-side areas, and accessible spaces around the remaining furniture. The overall goal of this Hwashin Noblesse 6 move-out cleaning was to leave both the main living areas and the less visible appliance and utility sections ready for the next stage of the property handover.
