M Tower Palace move-out cleaning in Seojeong-dong 53 was completed for a customer preparing to hand over the unit after moving out. Since this was an officetel-style residence, we focused on the areas that are usually checked closely during a move-out inspection, including the kitchen, bathroom, floors, window frames, built-in storage, and appliance surfaces. The kitchen area was cleaned with attention to the sink, faucet, countertop, cabinets, range hood area, and visible grease or residue. In the bathroom, we worked on water scale, drain areas, fixtures, mirror surfaces, and overall sanitation so the space could feel fresh and ready for inspection. We also wiped down dust-prone areas such as window frames, door frames, storage shelves, and floor edges, then finished with detailed vacuuming and wet mopping throughout the unit. As a result, the customer was able to prepare for the move-out process more comfortably, with the home left clean, organized, and ready for the landlord or realtor check.
