Madison Square 3 Officetel move-out cleaning in Shinjang-dong was completed for a customer preparing the unit before final handover. Since this officetel is located close to the Osan Air Base area, the unit had a compact layout, so we focused on making the visible spaces clean, neat, and ready for the next resident. The overall condition showed normal signs of daily use, especially around the kitchen, bathroom, entrance area, built-in storage, and floor edges. After the customer’s belongings were removed, light dust, fingerprints, water marks, and small residue were more noticeable, so we worked through those areas carefully. In the kitchen, we cleaned the sink, faucet, countertop, cabinet doors, cooktop area, and grease-prone surfaces. The bathroom was refreshed by cleaning the mirror, fixtures, drain area, shower section, sink area, and visible water scale. We also wiped down the entrance shoe cabinet, closet surfaces, door frames, window tracks, baseboards, and corners where dust usually remains during move-out cleaning. After final vacuuming and wet mopping, the unit looked brighter, cleaner, and more organized overall. This was a detailed move-out finishing clean rather than a heavy restoration job, and the officetel was left in a clean condition for the final inspection and next move-in.
