We completed a PCS move-out / housing inspection cleaning at The Sharp POSCO Apartment in Seojeong-dong, Pyeongtaek—a service designed for USFK families and Camp Humphreys move-outs. This unit needed a full reset, so we focused on the areas that typically impact inspection results: kitchen grease buildup, bathroom scale/soap film, fine dust along edges, and floor finish. We cleaned top-to-bottom and finished with a detail pass to ensure everything was inspection-ready. What Was Done (Inspection-Ready Finish) Kitchen: heavy degreasing, sink & drain detailing, cabinet fronts, backsplash/surface wipe-down Bathrooms: soap scum & limescale removal, shower booth/glass finishing, fixture polish, drain-area detailing Rooms & common areas: dust removal (edges/corners), switches/handles wipe-down, final touch-ups Floors: thorough vacuum + mopping, baseboard/edge-line detailing, spot stain correction We completed a final walkthrough and quality check to confirm the apartment was left clean, fresh, and ready for USFK housing inspection.
