Provence Officetel move-out cleaning in Shinjang-dong was completed for a customer preparing the unit for the next tenant. Since this officetel is located near the Osan Air Base area, the space was not very large, but it required careful detail work to make sure the unit looked clean and ready before handover. The overall condition was fair, with normal signs of daily use around the kitchen, bathroom, entrance area, and floor edges. We focused on removing dust, light stains, fingerprints, and small residue that usually remain after personal items are moved out. In the kitchen, we cleaned the sink, faucet, countertop, cabinet doors, cooktop area, and visible grease-prone surfaces. The bathroom needed extra attention around the mirror, fixtures, drain, shower area, and water marks, so we refreshed those areas carefully to improve the overall impression. We also wiped the built-in storage, door frames, window tracks, baseboards, and entrance shoe cabinet area. After final vacuuming and wet mopping, the officetel looked much brighter and more organized. This job was mainly a detailed move-out finishing clean rather than a heavy restoration, and the unit was left in a clean, comfortable condition for the final check.
