Choice & Joy completed a detailed cleaning at Royal Korea, working through the main living level and the upper loft. Alongside the interior cleaning, this project included removing unwanted household items and cleaning the exterior window surfaces that were accessible from the rooftop. Household Item Removal Kitchen and bathroom items, clothing, and other household belongings designated for disposal were cleared out as part of the job. Removing these items allowed us to work through the affected areas and clean the surrounding surfaces, rather than simply tidying around what had been left behind. Kitchen and Appliance Details In the kitchen, we cleaned the gas cooktop, range-hood filters, countertops, sink, and faucet. Attention extended to the sink’s drain components and the edges around the cooking and washing areas. The refrigerator and freezer interiors were cleaned, including the shelves, drawers, and door compartments. We also worked through the microwave interior and turntable. The washer’s rubber door seal and the dryer’s lint filter received attention alongside the kitchen appliances. Both Levels, Including the Upper Loft The floor cleaning extended beyond the living room and bedrooms to the upper loft. We worked through the open floor areas, perimeter edges, and low-ceiling sections, covering the upstairs space as a separate part of the job. On the main level, the work included window tracks and sills, baseboards, switch plates, and outlet covers. These smaller details were addressed alongside the larger floor surfaces and accessible areas around the remaining furniture. Bathroom Cleaning Both bathrooms were cleaned individually, including the toilets, sinks, faucets, mirrors, shower fixtures, and tiled surfaces. In the bathroom with a bathtub, we also cleaned the tub and the surrounding tiled area. The work covered the floor edges and spaces around the fixtures as well as the more visible surfaces, with attention to the different layout of each bathroom. Exterior Windows Reached from the Rooftop This top-floor property had an outdoor rooftop area that provided access to the outside faces of the windows on the apartment’s lower level. We were therefore able to include those accessible exterior panes in the window cleaning. This was limited to the windows reachable from the rooftop—not the building’s entire exterior glazing. From clearing unwanted household items to cleaning the upper loft and accessible exterior windows, this Royal Korea project required attention to more than the main living spaces alone.
