A PCS move-out cleaning is not just about making the main rooms look clean. For this Songhwa-ri home, we checked the areas that are easy to overlook during a move — light switches, baseboards, dust and insects around light fixtures, balcony and bathroom drains, and the spaces above, below, beside, and behind appliances and furniture. These details matter because a home can look clean at first glance while still having dust, residue, or buildup in the less visible areas. We work through the property with the final handover in mind, checking both the obvious surfaces and the places that are usually missed during normal cleaning. The goal is not simply to make the home look tidy for photos. It is to leave the property consistently clean from the main living areas down to the smaller details that can affect the final impression during a PCS move-out.
