Project Details
Choice & Joy completed a detailed whole-home cleaning at a two-story detached house in US Village, Asan. With approximately 2,135 sqft of space spread across two floors, the project required attention not only to the main living areas but also to the stairs, dressing rooms, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and utility spaces. Two Floors and Multiple Living Areas The cleaning covered the living room, four bedrooms, hallways, and the wooden staircase connecting both floors. Open floor areas were cleaned together with the edges around walls and accessible furniture, while the stairs were handled separately due to their wood finish and detailed railing structure. The home also included walk-in dressing areas with multiple shelves and hanging sections. These storage spaces were cleaned along with the surrounding floors so they could be used immediately after the service. Kitchen and Appliance Details The kitchen included a large cooking area with a gas cooktop, range hood, oven, sink, and refrigerator. We cleaned the cooktop and burner areas, range-hood filters, sink and faucet, and the accessible kitchen surfaces. The refrigerator interior was cleaned through the shelves, drawers, and door compartments, while the oven and microwave interiors were also included. These appliance details were treated as part of the overall cleaning rather than limiting the work to visible countertops and floors. Bathrooms and Utility Spaces Both bathrooms were cleaned according to their different layouts, including toilets, washbasins, mirrors, bathtubs or shower areas, fixtures, and tiled floors. The cleaning also extended to the laundry and utility spaces, entrance area, and other secondary rooms. By working through these supporting spaces alongside the main rooms, we were able to complete the home as one full cleaning project rather than focusing only on the most visible areas. Whole-Home Finish This US Village project required cleaning across a larger detached-house layout, with separate attention given to two floors, stairs, storage areas, kitchen appliances, and bathrooms. For large homes in Asan or the Camp Humphreys area, Choice & Joy can review the property size, layout, and current condition from photos before providing a tailored cleaning quote.
