Project Details

Choice & Joy completed a move-out cleaning at Ace Town C Building in Geunnae-ri, Pyeongtaek. The previous occupants had left a considerable amount of household waste behind, so this project required more than a standard empty-home cleaning. We first cleared the remaining items and then worked through the home so the surfaces underneath could be properly cleaned. Move-Out Cleaning After Household Waste Removal Leftover household items and waste had to be removed before several areas could be fully accessed. Once the space was cleared, we continued with the floors, room edges, living areas, bedrooms, and storage sections throughout the home. This made the project closer to a full reset of the property rather than a simple surface clean after move-out. Kitchen and Appliance Cleaning The kitchen received detailed attention around the areas that typically hold grease and food residue. We cleaned the gas cooktop and burner area, range-hood filters, countertops, sink, faucet, and surrounding kitchen surfaces. The oven, microwave, and refrigerator interiors were also cleaned, including accessible racks, shelves, drawers, and door compartments. These appliance interiors were included as part of preparing the property for its next use. First-Floor Exterior Window Cleaning Because this unit was located on the first floor, the outside surfaces of the accessible windows could be reached safely from ground level. We therefore cleaned both the interior window areas and the accessible exterior glass, along with the tracks and frames. This was an additional advantage of the first-floor location and helped complete the move-out cleaning beyond the interior surfaces alone. Bathrooms and Final Home Reset Both bathrooms were cleaned through the toilets, sinks, mirrors, shower or bathtub areas, fixtures, drains, walls, and floors. The remaining rooms were finished with floor cleaning and attention to the edges and areas that became visible after the waste was removed. The main challenge at this Ace Town project was combining waste removal with detailed move-out cleaning. By clearing the remaining belongings first and then cleaning the exposed surfaces, appliances, bathrooms, and accessible exterior windows, we were able to leave the home in a much more complete condition for the next occupant.
