Project Details
Our team completed move-out cleaning at Apple Villa in Pyeongtaek, a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home with a spacious living room, walk-in closet, and separate storage and utility areas. The work covered the empty living spaces and the appliances and fixtures remaining in the property, preparing the home for handover. The kitchen received detailed attention inside the refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Refrigerator shelves, drawers, and door bins were cleaned along with the appliance interiors and door surfaces. We also cleaned the gas cooktop and grates, range hood filters, sink, faucet, countertops, and cabinet surfaces. Across the three bathrooms, cleaning covered the bathtubs, glass shower enclosure, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and vanity units. The double-sink vanity and the accessible floor beneath the cabinets were included, along with tiled surfaces, floor edges, and the areas around the drains. In the bedrooms and living room, we cleaned the floors, baseboards, and door frames, continuing through the walk-in closet and separate storage spaces. Closet shelves, supports, and lower sections were cleaned, while the utility area received attention around the sink, cabinet, and tiled floor. The work brought together appliance cleaning, bathroom detailing, and room-by-room cleaning throughout the home.
