Project Details
This move-out cleaning at Godeok Haneulchae was completed throughout a spacious apartment with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, storage areas, and a large open kitchen. Because the home included several built-in appliances and separate utility spaces, we focused on both the visible living areas and the detailed sections that are commonly checked before a tenant hands the property back. The kitchen received detailed attention around the island countertop, sink and faucet, range hood and filters, refrigerator, oven, cabinets, and surrounding surfaces. The refrigerator interior was cleaned across the shelves, drawers, and door compartments, while the oven and hood areas were checked for cooking residue and grease that can remain after regular use. The laundry and utility areas were also included, with cleaning around the washer and dryer, utility sink, floor, drain, air-conditioning equipment, and accessible corners. In the bathrooms, we worked on the toilets, sinks, mirrors, shower glass, bathtub, tile walls, fixtures, and floor areas to leave the wet spaces clean and ready for the next occupant. Bedrooms, the living room, enclosed balcony areas, walk-in storage spaces, entrance, and built-in shelving were finished with detailed dust removal and floor cleaning. For this Godeok Haneulchae move-out service, the goal was to leave the apartment consistently clean across both the main rooms and the smaller storage, appliance, and utility areas that can easily be overlooked during a move.
