This move-out cleaning project was completed at Godeok Roseviang The Art in Pyeongtaek, near Camp Humphreys. With most of the unit already cleared out, our team was able to work through the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, built-in storage areas, laundry room, and balcony in detail. The living room and bedrooms were cleaned from the open floor areas through the edges and corners that become more visible once furniture is removed. Built-in closets, shelving, and storage spaces were also opened and cleaned inside to remove fine dust and residue left behind after moving out. In the kitchen, we cleaned the sink and faucet, countertops, induction cooktop, range hood, and removable hood filters. The refrigerator interior was cleaned across the shelves, drawers, and door compartments, while the built-in microwave and oven area was also detailed inside. These appliance areas are especially important during move-out cleaning because they can hold grease, crumbs, and other residue that may not be obvious at first glance. The laundry and utility area was cleaned around the washer and dryer, including the floor and drain area. The dryer’s removable lint filter was also taken out and cleaned rather than only wiping the exterior of the appliance. Both bathrooms were cleaned throughout, including the toilets, sinks, mirrors, faucets, wall tiles, floors, bathtub and shower areas, glass panels, and drains. Particular attention was given to surfaces where water marks and soap residue commonly build up. The property also included a number of built-in storage areas, including entry cabinets, bedroom closets, a large walk-in dressing room, and smaller utility storage spaces. Shelves, cabinet interiors, and floors inside these spaces were cleaned so they were ready for the next resident. The balcony and additional utility areas were also cleaned, including the floor and drain surroundings. After the final vacuuming and mopping, the unit was left in a clean and organized condition for handover.
