Project Details
This move-in cleaning project was completed at Jije The Sharp Central Park in Pyeongtaek. The apartment was already empty, but an empty home often reveals details that become much harder to reach once furniture and personal belongings are moved in. For this project, we focused on preparing the entire home as a clean starting point rather than simply making each room look tidy. The kitchen required detailed work around the cooktop, range hood, sink, faucet, countertops, backsplash, cabinet surfaces, and built-in appliances. Stainless steel and glossy surfaces were carefully finished to reduce visible streaks and residue. Throughout the living room, hallway, and bedrooms, fine dust was removed from the flooring, edges, baseboards, doors, and corners. Because the home has a bright open layout, even small amounts of remaining dust or marks can stand out, so the final floor detailing was completed carefully throughout the apartment. Both bathrooms were cleaned across the mirrors, sinks, faucets, toilets, shower and tub areas, glass surfaces, floor tiles, and drains. Particular attention was given to the edges and moisture-prone areas where buildup tends to remain. The dressing room, balcony, utility area, and other smaller spaces were also included in the final cleaning. These areas may not always stand out in photos, but they make a noticeable difference once daily living begins. By the end of the service, the apartment was prepared for move-in with a consistent level of cleanliness throughout the home.
