Choice & Joy completed move-out cleaning at Madison Square 3 in the Osan Air Base area of Pyeongtaek. With beds, seating, a dining area, and household appliances remaining in place, this project focused on cleaning the apartment around its existing furnishings—not simply working through empty rooms. The scope covered the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, study, and balcony-side utility space, with attention to the smaller edges and frequently used surfaces throughout the home. Kitchen and Appliance Interiors The empty refrigerator received attention across its shelves, drawers, and door compartments. In the cooking area, cleaning covered the glass cooktop, range-hood filters, and accessible oven interior, along with the surrounding countertop and tiled backsplash. The stainless-steel sink and faucet were cleaned together with the drain fittings and sink edges. Rather than concentrating on the countertop alone, we worked across the connected preparation, cooking, and washing areas. Bathrooms with Different Layouts The bathrooms combined a black-framed glass shower enclosure with a separate bathtub layout. Each area was approached according to its fixtures, including the shower glass and frame, bathtub, washbasins, toilets, mirrors, and faucets. Cleaning also covered the tiled floors, accessible drain covers, and edges around the fixtures. The vanity area required attention to its countertop and cabinet fronts as well as the basin itself. Living Areas, Bedrooms, and Study The furnished living room, bedrooms, and study required careful access around the remaining furniture. We cleaned the exposed floors, skirting boards, and reachable edges alongside the beds, seating, and desk area. The entrance and the routes connecting the rooms were included, keeping the focus on the apartment as a complete living space rather than a collection of individual cleaning points. Balcony Doors and Utility Area The living-room sliding doors, accessible interior glass, and window tracks formed another part of the cleaning scope. Work continued into the balcony and utility area, including the floor and accessible surfaces around the washer and dryer. The washer’s accessible tub and upper rim were also addressed. Completion photos documented the main rooms and detailed areas, providing a clear record of the apartment’s condition following the move-out cleaning.
