Paradia Officetel move-out cleaning in Paengseong was completed for a customer preparing the unit for handover. Since this was an officetel near the Camp Humphreys area, the space was compact but had several details that needed to be checked carefully before the final inspection. The overall condition was not heavily damaged, but there were normal signs of daily use around the kitchen, bathroom, floor edges, window frames, and built-in storage areas. We focused on removing light dust, fingerprints, water marks, and residue that can remain after furniture and personal items are moved out. In the kitchen, we cleaned the sink, faucet, countertop, cabinet doors, cooktop area, and visible grease-prone surfaces. The bathroom was refreshed by cleaning the mirror, fixtures, drain area, shower section, and water scale around the sink and floor. We also wiped down the entrance area, closet surfaces, door frames, window tracks, and other small areas that are easy to miss during a quick move-out clean. After final vacuuming and wet mopping, the officetel looked neat, brighter, and ready for the next resident. This cleaning was mainly a detailed finishing job rather than a heavy restoration, and the final result helped the customer complete the move-out process more smoothly.
