Project Details
This move-out cleaning was completed at Sweetheart Building F in Paengseong, near Camp Humphreys. The property is a two-story detached home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Unlike a standard apartment move-out, this project required more time and coordination because a large amount of household waste and leftover items had to be cleared before detailed cleaning could begin. Once the remaining waste was removed, we worked through the home from the larger living areas down to the detailed fixtures and utility spaces. The open living room, bedrooms, dressing areas, staircase, and second-floor spaces were cleaned with particular attention to flooring, corners, baseboards, and areas that had been hidden by furniture or stored belongings. The kitchen required a deeper level of detailing. The cooktop, range hood, oven, sink, countertops, cabinetry, refrigerator interior, and surrounding surfaces were cleaned individually. Grease residue and buildup around cooking appliances were addressed before the final surface finish was completed. All four bathrooms were cleaned across the sinks, faucets, mirrors, toilets, tubs, shower areas, glass partitions, tile surfaces, and drains. Because this home included multiple full bathrooms, maintaining the same finish across each one was an important part of the project. The utility and storage areas were also included. Shelving, tiled floors, boiler and laundry areas, and other secondary spaces were cleaned so the property would not appear finished only in the main living areas. This project was less about making an already-empty house look neat and more about resetting a heavily used home after move-out. After the waste removal and full cleaning process, the property was left in a much cleaner and more manageable condition for the next stage. Choice & Joy Cleaning Service provides professional move-out cleaning for apartments, villas, and detached homes throughout the Camp Humphreys and Pyeongtaek area.
