Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every job. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of our service, tell us within 24 hours and we will make it right — no arguments, no extra charge.

1. What the Guarantee Covers

  • Any specific area or item included in your booked service scope that was missed or cleaned to a lower standard than expected.
  • All cleaning services: move-out, move-in, deep cleaning, inspection cleaning, regular cleaning, and specialty services.
  • Re-clean visits are performed within 48 hours of your notification (subject to scheduling).

2. How to Claim

  • Notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Describe the specific concern (e.g., "bathroom tiles still have stains").
  • We will confirm a re-clean appointment — no paperwork, no hassle.

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage or soiling that occurred after our team left.
  • Areas or items explicitly excluded from the agreed scope of service.
  • Pre-existing damage or stains documented before service.
  • Subjective preferences beyond the agreed cleaning standard.

4. Inspection Cleaning Note

For housing inspection cleaning, our guarantee covers the cleaning work we performed. Inspection outcomes depend on the inspector's standards and factors outside our control (e.g., pre-existing damage). We do not guarantee inspection results, but we do guarantee our work quality.

5. Repair Services

Workmanship on repair services is guaranteed for 30 days. If a completed repair fails within that period under normal use, we return and fix it at no charge.
