Reschedule & Refund Policy
We understand plans change — especially around PCS moves and military schedules. Here is our straightforward policy.
1. Rescheduling
- More than 48 hours notice: reschedule at no charge, subject to availability.
- 24–48 hours notice: reschedule at no charge once. A second reschedule within 7 days may incur a 20,000 KRW admin fee.
- Less than 24 hours notice: reschedule fee of 30,000 KRW applies.
2. Cancellations by Client
- More than 48 hours before service: full refund if prepaid.
- 24–48 hours before service: 50% refund if prepaid.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund; a cancellation fee of 30,000 KRW may apply.
3. Cancellations by CHOICE & JOY
In the rare event we need to cancel due to emergency or illness, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice.
4. Quality Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) at no cost. Refunds for completed services are assessed case-by-case.
5. Repair Services
Service call fees ($40) are non-refundable once the technician has attended. Material costs are refunded if materials were not used. Workmanship disputes follow the same 24-hour notification window.
