Terms of Service

1. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via KakaoTalk, email, or SMS. Tentative slots are not guaranteed until confirmed.

2. Scope of Service

• We perform the services described in your booking confirmation.
• Additional work discovered on-site will be quoted separately and requires your approval before proceeding.
• We do not perform services outside the agreed scope without written consent.

3. Access & Preparation

• You are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property.
• Valuables should be secured or removed before our team arrives.
• Pets should be in a separate room or secured for the duration of the service.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept KakaoPay, bank transfer, and cash. For repair services, materials are billed at cost with receipts provided.

5. Liability

We take care with your property. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our team, we will repair or compensate at fair value. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items left unsecured, or issues outside our scope of work.

6. Satisfaction & Re-clean

If you are not satisfied with a specific area of the clean, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address it at no charge. See our Guarantee page for full details.

7. Cancellations

Please see our Refund & Reschedule Policy for cancellation terms. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a fee.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be handled in good faith before escalation.
