If an area we cleaned is flagged, tell us within 48 hours and we return to re-clean it at no charge. Inspection outcomes depend on the inspector and any pre-existing conditions, so we can't promise a pass — but we stand behind the cleaning itself.
Frequently Asked Questions
Inspection cleaning focuses on the areas housing inspections commonly check and includes completion documentation. Move-out cleaning is broader. For USFK housing, we recommend inspection cleaning for on-post properties.
We recommend cleaning 1–2 days before your scheduled inspection to allow surfaces to fully dry and air out. Same-day cleaning is possible but we discourage it.
We stand behind our cleaning work. If an area we cleaned is flagged, we return within 48 hours to re-clean at no charge. However, inspection outcomes depend on the inspector and pre-existing conditions outside our control — we cannot guarantee a pass.
