The kitchen is where a Korean apartment shows its age first: grease film on the hood, a baked-on oven, sticky cabinet fronts. When the rest of the home is fine, you should not have to pay for a whole-home clean. We do the kitchen only, priced by size, hood and oven included.

Yes, as a $40 add-on. Please empty it before we arrive so shelves and drawers can be removed and washed. We do not move or dispose of food.
Usually 2 to 3 hours for a standard kitchen, up to 4 for a large one with heavy grease. You do not need to be home the whole time.
For the kitchen, yes: hood, oven, and cabinet interiors are the items inspectors check. If the rest of the home also needs work, our move-out cleaning covers everything in one visit and is better value.
A food-safe alkaline degreaser for the hood and oven, followed by a neutral rinse. Nothing with a lingering chemical smell in a space where you cook.
