By size class. Add your rug's width and length together in centimeters (or inches) and match it to the table. Pickup, washing, drying, and delivery are all included in that one price.
Most rugs are back within 5 to 7 days. Thick wool or heavily soiled rugs can take a little longer because we let them dry fully rather than rushing them.
In most cases, yes. Tell us where the accidents happened when you book so we can pre-treat those areas. Very old set-in stains may lighten rather than disappear completely.
Rug pickup is for loose area rugs. For installed carpet, ask about our on-site carpet cleaning when you book a deep clean or move-out clean.
No. Many customers leave the rug rolled by the door or with the building security office. We text you when it is collected and again when it is on the way back.
