Fogging treats odor in the air and on surfaces, not stains in fabric. For urine in rugs or mattresses, combine it with rug pickup or mattress cleaning so the source is removed too.
If the source is gone, the odor does not come back. If a pet is still living in the home, most customers repeat every 3 to 6 months or before a landlord visit.
